Excessively high temperature will cause sedimentation and premature demulsification, while excessively low temperature leads to failed emulsification. How to keep the temperature within the optimal range? Here are 4 core key points:
 
1. Storage temperature of emulsified asphalt: 5℃-40℃.

2. When using ordinary base asphalt: keep the temperature at 120℃-140℃. Overhigh temperature will cause asphalt aging.

3. For modified emulsified asphalt: maintain the temperature at 160℃-180℃, to ensure full fusion of modified components and asphalt, and realize uniform and stable emulsion.

4. Soap solution temperature: keep stable at 60℃-70℃.
